About Róisín
Growing up, I developed a deep love for food that has shaped my life in many ways. From the vibrant flavours to the comforting aromas, food has always been a source of joy and connection for me.
In the early days, I enjoyed food too much! In later years through my studies with a BSc Hons Food Quality, Safety and Nutrition I began to understand the chemistry and processing of food.
After 5 years working in industry, I realised the way processed food was affecting the body. That was my cue to go back to college and study Nutrition - this time to focus on how it can heal the body.
This passion drives my work as a Nutritional Therapist, where I explore how the right ingredients can nourish the body, mind and soul through personalised nutrition plans.
Following graduation I encountered Homeobotanicals, harnessing the power of plants and herbs. Their power supports the body and can help boost nutrition or aline with specific organs to promote balance.
As a Lecturer in CNM, I share my knowledge and expertise to inspire the next generation of nutrition professionals.
My love for food and cooking drives my mission to help others discover the best version of themselves.
